The picture is cut to fit the games - one game is the shape of its own box, two sit side by side, four make a square. The three ticks put the price top right, the language in red bottom right when the game is not in English, and any expansion box tilted on the corner. Fit shows every box whole, with space around it; Fill makes each box cover its square and cuts off what hangs over - with one game there is no square, so it makes no difference. Copy puts the picture straight on the clipboard - paste it into the chat with Ctrl+V, no file to save at all. Send it hands it to WhatsApp on the phone. Save it writes the file into your downloads.

Open the group in Facebook, copy the address from the top of the browser, and paste it here. It is kept on this device along with your shelf.
Each press copies the post text and opens that place, so the only thing left to do there is paste it and attach the picture. Nothing is ever sent without you - Facebook stopped letting apps post to groups in 2024, and WhatsApp has never let anything outside it choose a group. The ticks are a note to yourself about where you have got to.
This opens BGG with the name already typed in. Click the game there, copy the address from the top of the browser, come back and press Add the game. If the box below is empty it uses whatever you just copied.
